You have the right to:
- speak to the Convenor;
- attend your hearing of the Child, Youth and Community Tribunal (CYCT);
- bring a supporter or Advocate with you to your hearing;
- ask to speak to the CYCT members on your own;
- ask for the hearing to stop for a while so you can have a break;
- ask for the hearing to be adjourned to another date if you need more information or time to prepare;
- appeal against the decision of the hearing;
- request another hearing after 3 months; and
- complain if you are not happy about how you have been treated.
